Viva San Pablo Longganisa Festival

Vigan City's big festival is a lively celebration that proudly shows off the city's cool cultural roots. It's all about tradition and energy, drawing in both locals and visitors for a fun time. More than just a party, this event is like a living exhibit of the city's cultural history. The vibe is buzzing with excitement, featuring colorful parades and traditional performances that highlight customs passed down through generations, making locals proud and giving visitors a cool experience.

 

Right in the middle of the fun, the marching band contest takes the spotlight. Our school won, bringing home the prized trophy. It's a big win, especially since two of my best friends, who worked really hard practicing, were part of the winning band. Seeing their dedication pay off makes me super proud.

The grand parade was a lively show, pulling in a big crowd. I joined in with the excited crowd, soaking up the festive vibes. Tossing candies to everyone added even more joy, making it a shared happy moment.

My personal festival adventure was a mix of fun and thrills. Riding the Ferris wheel for awesome views and trying out shooting games brought laughter and excitement.

While having a good time, it's important to stay safe. Whether it's in the middle of a big crowd or enjoying rides, keeping an eye out and following the rules ensures a fun and secure time. In a nutshell, Vigan City's big festival isn't just about showing off its cultural roots; it's a reminder to have fun responsibly, creating memories while making safety a priority.

Second part

 

 In the second quarter, I had gone through different subjects, especially ICT where we focused on HTML. Learning about the different parts and lessons of HTML was a big eye-opener for me, showing just how much I could grasp in such a short time. It was like unlocking a new way of understanding things. However, challenges came my way. Time was always running out, and I struggled with remembering things. The quizzes, mainly about identifying concepts, made it crystal clear that my memory game needed some work. It was a bit tough, but it made me realize my weak points.

 To tackle these issues, I decided to get active. No more last-minute studying – I made it a habit to have steady, good study sessions. Plus, I started reviewing things regularly before tests, and it turned out to be a game-changer for remembering stuff. These experiences aren't just about school. They're life lessons. Being serious about studying, not procrastinating, and keeping up with reviews are things I want to carry forward. These habits won't just help with more school stuff; they'll be handy for whatever challenges come my way in life.

 Moving forward, I'm not just taking these lessons on solo. I've realized the importance of teaming up with friends. We're forming study groups, sharing notes, and helping each other out. It's not just about individual success; it's about lifting each other up. Together, we're making a pact to tackle challenges, understand lessons, and celebrate victories. Learning is more fun and effective when done with friends, and I'm excited to carry this collaborative spirit into the next quarter and beyond.

 Jose Rizal, often hailed as the national hero of the Philippines, holds an enduring place in the hearts of Filipinos as the embodiment of their aspirations for freedom and enlightenment.     As we kick off a new year again, most of us make resolutions for self-improvement. I find myself drawn to a resolution that goes beyond the usual aspirations. Rather than overwhelming myself with grand goals, I've decided to focus on the simple yet profound joys of life. Learning new things and cultivating enjoyable hobbies. My resolution is not just about personal growth; it's about finding happiness in the everyday moments. I've decided to shift my approach to learning. It's not about cramming information but truly understanding it. I want to dig deep into subjects, ensuring that the knowledge I gain becomes more than just facts. That it becomes a part of my daily life, making me more happier and fulfilled.

    Hobbies are like spices that add flavor to life. I'm making a commitment to explore various activities like painting, trying out a new sport, or engaging in creative things. Changing my hobbies promises to bring more excitement and joy into my daily routine. Time is precious, and I'm determined to spend it wisely. Adopting a mindful approach to time management, I'll prioritize activities that align with my personal goals. No more falling into the trap of time-wasting endeavors; each moment will contribute positively to my growth and overall well-being. 

       Amid societal expectations, I'm choosing to make decisions that resonate with my true self. This journey is uniquely mine, and this resolution encourages me to prioritize what brings me joy. Whether in life, relationships, or personal pursuits, I'll make choices that align with my values. Learning is a journey, not a race. I'm embracing the process of acquiring new skills and knowledge.
